Overcoming adversity has been the name of the game since Lindsay & Christy founded Catalyst Counseling, LLC in 2015. Their shared passion for providing quality and accessible mental health care has taken them on an amazing journey together. They started a business together and grew it from two to over 80 providers within 5 years. As in any journey, there have been bumps and detours in the road. One of the greatest of these bumps, has been financial access to care.  This realization has lead them to found the Catalyst Foundation.
